This past months has witnessed the introduction of cheap
data plans in the country and Airtel is no way being left out. The N2000 that
normally goes for 2GB now gets an additional 2.5GB which makes it 4.5GB in all
for the same N2000.
Just December last year, they introduced the cheapest
weekend data plan in the country which goes for N100 for 1GB (will be posted shortly).
Comparing this to other service providers, this is probably the cheapest you
can get.
How to subscribe to this plan
Simply have a minimum of N2000 on your Airtel SIM and dial *437*1#
Please note that some SIMs aren’t eligible to
subscribe to this plan hence you might want to dial the code without the
required airtime to confirm you are eligible or not.
